Pink Duck Quack Pack: Terms and Conditions

1. One Membership, One Nest (The Property Rule)

The Pink Duck Quack Pack membership is valid for one (1) single-family residential property per enrollment and is non-transferable to any subsequent purchaser or new owner of the property.

The membership and any associated extended warranties terminate immediately upon the sale, conveyance, or transfer of ownership.

Benefits are tied specifically to the physical service address provided at sign-up.

Membership perks are non-transferable to other properties, including rental units or secondary homes, unless an additional membership is purchased for those locations.

2. Membership Term & Commitment

By enrolling, the Member authorizes Pink Duck Plumbing LLC (PDP) to charge the monthly fee of $14.00 to the payment method on file.

• Initial Commitment: This is a twelve (12) month commitment.
• Early Cancellation: If the Member cancels before the completion of the initial 12-month term, the Member agrees to pay the remaining annual balance in one final lump-sum payment.
• Renewal: After the initial 12-month term, this agreement transitions to a month-to-month basis.
• Cancellation Notice: Members may cancel at any time after the initial term with 30 days’ written notice.
• Membership benefits and coverage will remain active through the end of the final paid billing period.
• Grace Period & Continuous Standing: To maintain the Double Workmanship Guarantee, the membership must remain in good financial standing.
• PDP provides a 14-day grace period to update payment information following a failed transaction.
• Voidance of Extended Warranty: If a membership remains unpaid or lapsed for more than 14 days, any extended workmanship guarantees or warranties associated with the Quack Pack will be voided and will revert to our standard 1-year workmanship guarantee from the original date of service.
• Membership Reinstatement: Reinstatement of a membership lapsed for more than 30 days is treated as a new enrollment.
• Items repaired or installed during a period of lapsed membership—including the associated warranty extensions—cannot be retroactively covered under the new membership.

3. No “Coupon Stacking”

Savings and discounts associated with the Pink Duck Quack Pack cannot be “stacked” or combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotional discounts.

The Member will always receive the single largest discount available at the time of service.

4. The Hero Quack Pack (Military & First Responder Tier)

Pink Duck Plumbing LLC is proud to offer the Quack Pack at no cost ($0/year) to active-duty military, veterans, and active first responders (Police, Fire, EMS).

Verification: Valid government-issued ID or professional credentials must be presented at enrollment.

Scope: The Hero Quack Pack is valid only for the Member’s primary residence.

5. Annual “Duck Doctor” Inspection

To ensure the highest quality of service, all annual plumbing health inspections must be scheduled and performed during our Winter Wellness Window (December, January, or February).

Scheduling: It is the Member’s responsibility to schedule the inspection during this three-month window.

Reminders: PDP will make reasonable attempts to send reminders via the contact information on file starting in November.

Expirations: Inspections not performed by the last day of February do not roll over to the next year and hold no cash or credit value.

Members who join outside of this window will be eligible for their first inspection during the following December–February period.

Weather & Emergency Rescheduling: In the event of extreme weather, local freeze events, or emergency-level call volume, PDP reserves the right to reschedule “Duck Doctor” inspections.

This ensures our team can prioritize emergency repairs while still providing every member with a thorough, unhurried health assessment.

6. Double Workmanship Guarantee

Pink Duck Plumbing LLC doubles its standard labor/workmanship guarantee for Pack members (totaling 2 years).

This applies to the quality of the installation and repairs performed by Pink Duck Plumbing LLC; it does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties on parts or fixtures (such as water heaters, pumps, or faucets).

7. Exclusions

The Quack Pack benefits and workmanship guarantees do not cover, and are voided by:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, freezing, fire, acts of nature, or power surges.
• Repairs, alterations, or “DIY” attempts performed by any party other than PDP.
• Damage caused by poor water quality or high water pressure (unless a PDP-installed filtration system was in place and properly maintained).
• Customer-supplied parts or fixtures.
• Normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions identified during the initial “Duck Doctor” inspection.
• Any work that was modified by someone other than a Pink Duck Plumbing employee.

8. Terms Subject to Change

Pink Duck Plumbing LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits, or adjust these terms and conditions at any time.

Members will be notified of any significant changes via the email address on file.
