I called Pink Duck this morning as I had a stopped up toilet. I was amazed but delighted when they said they would have someone out within a couple of hours. It was less than that and Justin came out and in no time he had the toilet unclogged. He asked me if there was anything else I needed him to do and so I asked him about flushing the hot water heater. He said he would be happy to do that and that did not take long either. I was so delighted with his friendliness and the fact that he got to work immediately and explained to me exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Pink Duck and I think the management should be glad they have such a great employee as Justin; I will definitely use Pink Duck the next time I need a plumber.

I cannot say enough good things about Pink Duck Plumbing. Technician/Manuel called and arrived earlier than scheduled appointment. He fixed the horrible train whistle sound our toilet made after flushing it. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Also, Abby that answered the phone for this company was helpful and friendly…an excellent representation of the company. Pink Duck Plumbing cares about their customers and they strive to fix the issues same day, as their work van is fully stocked. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Im am tickled pink that I found Pink Duck Plumbing! They removed and replaced my leaking toilet. Sure, it's a basic repair, but it sure wasn't your basic customer service. I was particular about the toilet I wanted and they went out of their way to pick it up from the supplier (about a hour round-trip out of their way) and if that wasn't amazing enough their technicians are top notch - they want to reach their 5 star rating! They are friendly, efficient, and left my bathroom as clean as how they found it. I will definitely have them back to do some additional plumbing needs (shower install and new kitchen faucet, etc.). Please call them, you won't regret it! They are reasonably priced, as well!
