Professional and friendly. Successful water main repair in a tricky spot where it penetrated the foundation of my home. Mr. Moreno and his helper did exactly what I needed done and couldn't do myself and they did it with no fuss, no drama, no delay. I appreciate them.

Very good service. Professional, on time,very thorough. Did a difficult job locating and tapping into a waterline to run water 2 a new garage. Installed a outside hose bib, a utility sink and a tank less water heater. I would recommend and use again.

I called Pink Duck this morning as I had a stopped up toilet. I was amazed but delighted when they said they would have someone out within a couple of hours. It was less than that and Justin came out and in no time he had the toilet unclogged. He asked me if there was anything else I needed him to do and so I asked him about flushing the hot water heater. He said he would be happy to do that and that did not take long either. I was so delighted with his friendliness and the fact that he got to work immediately and explained to me exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Pink Duck and I think the management should be glad they have such a great employee as Justin; I will definitely use Pink Duck the next time I need a plumber.

He fixed the horrible train whistle sound our toilet made after flushing it. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Also, Abby that answered the phone for this company was helpful and friendly…an excellent representation of the company. Pink Duck Plumbing cares about their customers and they strive to fix the issues same day, as their work van is fully stocked. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
